Since starting his career in 1997, Bobby Soper has served on many boards, holding many leadership positions. Along with serving on the board of Big Brothers/Big Sisters, he has also served on the boards of Boys and Girls Club, United Way, Wilkes Barre Chamber of Commerce, Trustees at Misericordia University, WVIA Public Broadcasting, Volunteers in Medicine, Northeast Regional Cancer Institutes, and Scranton Tomorrow. He and his wife strongly believe in giving back to the community.
