Bobby Soper is President and CEO of SG&H (Sun Gaming & Hospitality), a gaming resort operations and development consulting firm based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Previously, Soper was a longtime leader within the Mohegan Sun organization. Bobby Soper enjoyed success as President and CEO at Mohegan Sun (2012-2015) and as President and CEO at Mohegan Sun Pocono (2005-2012). He served as President and CEO at MTGA (Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority between 2015 and 2017.
