Pursuits and Accomplishments at MTGA
Prior to SG&H, Bobby Soper served two years as President & CEO at Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority. In this position, Soper adeptly managed all MTGA business development endeavors and day-to-day operations. Additionally, Soper:
· Led the successful pursuit and acquisition of an Integrated Resort License for the purposes of building a $5 billion resort at Incheon Airport in Korea.
· Oversaw the launch of the company’s social gaming and online gaming division.
· Managed the development of a hotel expansion at Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville, Connecticut.
· Oversaw the design and build of Washington’s ilani Resort (in conjunction with the Cowlitz Tribe).
